There may be an extra charge for hair that is extra long, extra thick or extra tangled. These charges are at the discretion of the stylist. Please let us know in advance if you need more time for your services so we can plan accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late Notice Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
LATE or MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you are running late, please notify your stylist directly. If you are more than15 minutes late, or if you miss your appointment (no show) we may need to reschedule your appointment. The missed or late appointment may be subject to a fee.
REFUNDS
Our services are non-refundable, however, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we strive to provide a healthy and realistic approach to achieving your beauty goals. If you are not satisfied your stylist will schedule a time to make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may refuse to proceed with your service if we have a concern for the health of your hair, scalp, or risk of potential allergies.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
We are not responsible for damage to your personal property while you are at Elizabeth Nicole Salon. We offer robes and drapes to protect your clothing and hooks located away from our work area to hang your purse and coat. Please take advantage of these amenities to protect your items.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We offer samples of most products so you may try them in advance. Please contact your stylist within 30 days if your product is not dispensing properly and we will replace your product.
